The origin of  the name Pizza Etang

 

It all  started when Sergio from Capania, a region famous for pizza, pasta and tomato  dishes moved to France after Second World War.

By a small  lake in the vicinity of Toulouse lying in the center of Midi-Pyreness region,  Sergio began selling his acclaimed pizza and pasta. Sergio’s  delicious creations made with fresh ingredients quickly made their way into  Toulouse people. Longing to try Sergio’s pizza, people  gathered around the lake and spent a chill afternoon with the food they  craved for.

People named  the place “Pizza Etang” which means  a small lake where people can relax and enjoy delicious pizza.
