Oppadak fell in love with Oppa (older brothers)
One fine Spring day in April 2008...
The domestic Chicken Market in Korea was dominated by a traditional “Fried Chicken.”
But Oppa finds many flaws in this method.
Could it be possible to make a delicious chicken dish without frying?
It was easier said than done. It took a lot of time to arrive at an answer to this question.
After putting in the countless research and development efforts, we were able to come up with a genuine and differentiated process to
give birth to Oppadak, high in nutrition and protein and low in fat and cholesterol.
